Under One Roof has been working on Ms Hattie's project for about 2 months. When we agreed to the scope of work for her, we had to order the shower pan and surrounds for her project. These items took just over 10 weeks to get shipped to us.
Once the materials were delivered, we were ready to get started. Ms. Hattie has a fairly large extended family in the area and we had grandkids stopping by to see Grandma's bathroom makeover process.
They are great support for her. We removed the existing tub/ shower, toilet, sink and vanity. We replaced a portion of the subfloor, all new Plumbing to the new fixtures.
We added new vinyl flooring, trim boards, vanity, sink, toilet and a low threshold shower.
She was very grateful for the repairs and upgrades.
